Coastal Bend College Baseball program has added one more award to their historic run. Ryan Davenport has been recognized for his excellent play on the diamond during the Cougars World Series run. 

Davenport has recently been named to the NJCAA Division III All Tournament Team, as he batted .500 during Coastal Bend's three game World Series appearance in Greeneville, Tennessee. The Freshman Utility Player also recorded an RBI and three walks during his 10 plate appearances. Out of 12 Total Chances on defense, Davenport flashed the leather for six Putouts and six Assisted outs at Second Base.

The Dripping Springs High School Alum completed his season with an On Base Percentage of .470 and while batting .363 in 41 games played for CBC. Davenport also scored 29 runs, collected 16 RBI's and nabbed a team-high 18 stolen bases during his 2021 campaign.
